How does it work?
The biweekly payments are electronically debited through an established account every two weeks. The payments are made using the Automatic Clearing House (ACH) System by FDIC banks in the Federal Reserve System. The biweekly payments are equal to at least on-half of your normal monthly payment. As an example, when monthly payments are $768.92 the minimum biweekly payment will be $384.46. When you pay more than half, of course, your equity will increase more rapidly.
Through this method, 26 payments are made over the course of the year, the equivalent of 13 monthly payments rather than 12. All of the extra payment is applied exclusively to the principal of the mortgage.
Is it safe?
Absolutely! The mortgage payor always stays in total control by establishing the automatic debiting function in their own bank and checking account. All transfers are accomplished electronically through the nation's banking system. Only you and regulated third parties handle the financial end of the service.
What is the cost?
There is a set up fee of $300.00 and a biweekly charge of only $2.95. Since there is No refinancing involved, there are No closing costs. When compared to saving over $50,000 in interest on a $100,000 mortgage is there really a cost?
Refund Policy:
There is Legal Notice to Cancel and receive a full refund of the $300 set up fee. You ,as a Client, have a legal right to cancel this transaction, without cost, within three business days from the date that you sign the application.
